

2 lbs of yams (6 medium yams)
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TBS butter
3 TBS milk or light cream
1/2 tsp salt
Cut yams crosswise into 1/2 in slices. In medium skillet, combine remaining ingredients, cook.
Over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly. Add sweet potato slices, stir gently until glazed and heated thoroughly.
Serves 4-6
